Nexus Dynamics offers a web-based Utility Flow Monitoring System (UMS) adapted to property portfolios of all sizes and complexities. The system is set up with automatic and/or manual logging of data. Utility Flow / Consumption data can also be exported to ERP (Oracle/SAP/BMS).
